Hello everyone!
I’m just dropping you a line to let you know that I have taken a paid job and so I will have less time to write. I will also be changing my focus.
It has been an incredible journey since I first began writing about the Special Military Operation in April, 2021. Since then, I have published more than 100 stories about Russia, Ukraine and the ongoing proxy-war provoked by the US and its NATO allies. I’ve written lengthy investigative reports about Ukraine’s Nazi past and the Banderites, widespread organ harvesting in Ukraine, and the indoctrination of Ukrainian children in school and at special summer camps organized by neo-Nazi groups.
During this quest for knowledge and understanding, I have met many amazing people and introduced them to you. People like Scott Ritter, a former UN nuclear weapons inspector and a champion in the battle for sanity, who wants to restore arms treaties between the US and Russia. Regis Tremblay, a filmmaker living in Crimea who has exposed US hegemony around the world and brings us the truth about Russia. Young Faina Savenkova of Lugansk, soon to be 15, who has bravely spoken publicly about the war since the age of 11. And of course, many more people all around the world whose mission is to tell the truth about what is happening in the world today.
I’ve also drawn the ire of NAFO trolls and the other ignorant and uninformed people who have brigaded me and the platforms I’m published on with complaints, resulting in the censorship of several of my stories and videos in the US and abroad. My YouTube channel was demonetized and restricted to 18+ which means you can only see my videos if you are logged into YouTube. And Medium has “delisted” this article, which means that it no longer appears in the list of my stories and can only be accessed if you have the link. Fortunately so far, I have not yet been added to the Ukrainian hitlist Myrotvorets, where several people I know, including Faina Savenkova and Scott Ritter, have been doxxed — their addresses and other personal information published for anyone to see. Those listed at Myrotvorets, which I have written about extensively, are sometimes killed by Ukrainian terrorists and then the word “liquidated” appears over their photo on the Myrotvorets website.
I will continue to write, but my focus is going to be broader going forward. There are many strong voices speaking out about the proxy war in Ukraine who are more knowledgeable and experienced than me. I thought that I could add my voice to theirs, or even help to amplify their voices, but I don’t want to merely duplicate what others have already done. From now on, I will write what I feel moved to write — which may include geopolitics but will not be limited to that.
I thank everyone who made monetary pledges on Substack, or offered to donate to any of the platforms where that is possible. I have not withdrawn any of the money, so you are welcome to take it back. If you want to keep following me, I intend to explore topics such as narcissism, empathy and how these psychological personalities impact society and culture around the world. I also plan to write my memoir, “The Apostle’s Niece: Sex, Death, and Other People’s Money.” I will publish excerpts from it here.
That said, I certainly thank everyone who has followed me, read and shared my stories, or contributed to them in some way. It has been a fantastic journey, and now it will continue, just on a different path.
