Russian MoD: US Democratic Leaders Funneled Money Through Biolabs in Ukraine
The shocking documents recovered by Russian Ministry of Defense

According to documents recovered by Russian Ministry of Defense:
Funds were raised via NGOs controlled by Democratic Party leadership
Not only the US, but also a number of NATO allies were involved
The Pentagon experimented on mentally ill patients
Documents were destroyed in haste to hide collaboration with the US
In a briefing dated May 11, 2022, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced some of its findings at biolabs allegedly operated by the US in Mariupol, Ukraine.
Documents recovered by Russian investigators sharply contradict earlier reassurances from Dr. Robert Pope, Director of the Pentagon’s Cooperative Threat Reduction Program, that “there is no reason to claim that research related to the development of biological weapons is taking place in Ukraine.” This statement was gleefully promulgated by self-appointed “fact-checkers” who claim that the biolabs are just a “fringe” conspiracy theory fashioned by QAnon and the Russian government.
Pope also claimed previously that “Ukraine lacks the infrastructure to develop and produce biological weapons.”
However, Major General Igor Anatolevich Kirillov, Chief of the Russian Armed Forces, insists that the very term biological weapons “includes biological formulations which contain pathogenic micro-organisms and toxins, as well as the means of delivery and use of said formulations.”
And, Russian officials say, that’s exactly what they have discovered in the biolabs they are investigating in Ukraine.
And it’s only the tip of the iceberg.
According to the Russian MoD, there is evidence that the biolabs were working with pathogens which are potential agents of biological weapons, and that Ukraine had requested aerosol equipment to attach to drones in order to spread the pathogens over civilian populations.
On March 9th, Russian reconnaissance units recovered three drones in the Kherson region equipped with 30-litre containers and equipment for spraying the kinds of formulations noted above. And on April 10th, more drones were recovered near Kakhovka, a port city on the Dnieper River.
According to Russian investigators, the US was coordinating activities at biological laboratories and research institutes in Ukraine and “preliminary analysis” suggests that Ukraine is essentially a testing ground for the development of biological weapons components and the testing of new samples of pharmaceuticals.”
Not only that, but the MoD also asserts that “through the US executive branch, a legislative framework for funding military biomedical research directly from the federal budget was formed. Funds were raised under state guarantees from NGOs controlled by the Democratic Party leadership, including the investment funds of the Clintons, Rockefellers, Soros and Biden.”
Additionally, according to the briefing, major pharmaceutical companies including Pfizer, Moderna, Merck and the US military-affiliated company, Gilead, were testing new medicines in Ukraine in order to circumvent international safety standards. This resulted in a big savings in the cost of the research programs, giving the companies a competitive advantage.
The involvement of these nongovernmental and biotechnological organizations and the increase in their revenues, investigators say, allowed leaders of the Democratic Party to generate additional campaign funds and hide their distribution. In other words, the biolabs were a giant money-laundering operation, according to Russian experts.
Investigators surmise that the US Department of Defense, operating without the restrictions of international law, was able to expand its research capabilities not only in the field of biological weapons but also in the area of antibiotic resistance and antibodies related to specific diseases in certain parts of Ukraine.
But the US was not the only country involved. According to officials, a number of NATO allies are jointly working on military-biological projects in Ukraine.
The documents reveal that Ukrainian state agencies were involved in the production of military bioweapons, and their main tasks were to conceal illegal activities, conduct field tests and clinical trials, and provide biomaterial.
The German government also launched its own program in 2013, according to documents, and a total of 12 countries, including Ukraine, took part.
The German Institute for Armed Forces Microbiology in Munich, the Robert Koch Institute in Berlin, the Loeffler Institute in Greifswald and the Nocht Institute for Tropical Medicine in Hamburg are all named in the documents.
And, investigators say, more recently recovered documents show that between 2016 and 2019, as many as 3,500 serum samples were taken from citizens living in 25 regions of Ukraine. The samples were taken by military epidemiologists employed by the Bundeswehr Microbiology Institute.
Poland also had its hand in the cookie jar, allegedly, as the Polish Institute of Veterinary Medicine was studying the spread of rabies in Ukraine jointly with the US-based Battelle Institute, another Pentagon contractor. But that was not all.
In addition to the documents, there are other materials indicating that in 2020, a drug-resistant tuberculosis pathogen was intentionally used to infect people living in the Slavyanoserbsky district of the Lugansk People’s Republic. The pathogen was allegedly distributed via fake currency handed out to children in Stepovoe village in southern Ukraine. Investigators believe that the fake currency, infected with the pathogen, was given to children because they are more likely to put things into their mouths and eat with unwashed hands. Bacteriological studies conducted by investigators confirmed that the isolated bacteria was resistant to first and second-line anti-TB drugs, meaning that the disease would be more difficult, and more expensive, to treat.
Investigators at the Sanitary and Epidemiological Station in Lugansk concluded that “the contamination of the notes was most likely carried out artificially, as the material contains extremely dangerous strains of the pathogen in concentrations capable of ensuring infection and development of the tuberculosis process…”
The chief surgeon of the Lugansk Republic’s TB dispensary noted that there were signs of deliberate, man-made contamination of the currency with highly pathogenic biomaterial.
Russian investigators noted in previous briefings that there were clinical trials in which potentially dangerous biological drugs were tested on patients of the Kharkov Regional Clinical Psychiatric Hospital Number Three.
Now, investigators say, they have uncovered new information about “inhuman experiments” conducted by the Pentagon on patients at Psychiatric Hospital Number One, also in Kharkov. The primary subjects of these tests were male patients between the ages of 40 and 60 who experienced severe physical exhaustion.
The researchers, investigators maintain, traveled via third world countries in order to conceal their affiliation with the US. Linda Oporto of Florida, they claim, was directly involved with this work.
Evidence of emergency destruction of documents was discovered by specialists from the Russian Defense Ministry at two biolabs in Mariupol, confirming that foreign nationals who were conducting the experiments were evacuated to western Ukraine in January, 2022, along with the equipment and drugs they were working with.
A preliminary analysis of the remaining documentation reveals that Mariupol was a regional center for cholera pathogen collection and certification. Selected strains were sent to the Public Health Center in Kiev, and the shipments were then allegedly passed on to the United States as early as 2014.
Remnants of cholera, tularemia and anthrax pathogens, which had been collected on February 25th, were discovered in the sanitary and epidemiological laboratory.
A partial collection of 124 pathogen strains was recovered from a veterinary laboratory by Russian specialists who observed that the pathogens are not the kind normally associated with veterinary medicine, but rather typhoid, paratyphoid fever and gas gangrene. The investigators concluded that the veterinary laboratory was also involved in a military biological program.
The briefing concluded with a warning that the US may be planning a biological or chemical weapons attack that will be blamed on Russia, followed by a false-flag “Syrian scenario” investigation. This is based on Russian intelligence findings of organophosphorus poisoning antidotes supplied to Ukraine, and Kiev administration requests for personal skin and respiratory protection equipment as well as evidence that in 2022, the US supplied Ukraine with 220,000 ampoules of atropine along with preparations for treatment and disinfection.
Investigators believe that the US is implementing an offensive military-biological program and wants to study controlled epidemics in specific territories of Ukraine.
Is all of this too incredible to be believed?
Given that the US has a history of biological warfare dating back to the first smallpox blankets distributed to indigenous peoples, it’s certainly worth considering the assertions of Russian investigators and the evidence they have provided.
Though the United States officially ended its biological weapons program in 1973, there have been numerous accounts of secret experiments, many of which violated US law.
NBC News, in 2011, reported on the “Ugly Past of US Human Experiments,” comparing them with those performed by the Nazis in World War II.
“Many prominent researchers felt it was legitimate to experiment on people who did not have full rights in society,” writes Mike Stobbe, “people like prisoners, mental patients, poor blacks. It was an attitude in some ways similar to that of Nazi doctors experimenting on Jews.”
From the 50,000 lobotomies performed on people between 1949 and 1952, to the Tuskegee Syphilis Study which which didn’t end until 1972, to the radiation experiments that came to light in 1994, to recent claims against companies producing vaccines for Covid-19, experiments with pathogens and biology are nothing new, and not really even all that unusual.
But they do tend to be kept quiet.
It’s no accident that the subjects of these experiments are usually the most marginalized and vulnerable people in any given population. The mentally ill. Minorities. Women and the elderly. They do not have a voice and their tragic tales die with them, more often than any of us knows, in the sterile, clinical corridors of private, impenetrable institutions run by big money.
Those who profit from such unethical applications of science are not troubled by the lives they have stolen.
So why should Ukraine be any different?
